do you guys just draw them frame by frame or do you actually use some kind of program? I always made mine frame by frame.

That'd be good, but I'd put the frame-rate to 15/10 besides 20, so it goes faster... and smoother.

Yes they are similar to the anime-style one, but it's just trying to get down various motions.
