additionally when you rest your head on your arms and it's comfortable but you have to change your position knowing you'll wake up with sore arms in the morning

My dad could probably stay asleep if a vase fell on his head. He sleeps through anything.

I'm pretty much the same, but my mom and brother are light sleepers.

im a very heavy sleeper but sometimes i have trouble falling asleep which my brain didnt think about sleep until 2:30am even though i went to bed at 11pm

Do not worry about it, the more you turn your head while you are asleep, the more you will die without realizing it.

yeah , i hate it too. but also i guess i secretly like being awake at night, because I can do whatever i want and nobody will bug me.
