for 4 days I have not been able to sleep and it is affecting me, really, I need to sleep but I cannot, and in itself, I have the eyes of a drugged man.

I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping too. I still do, but when i was a teenager it was like, serious insomnia. I used to be awake for multiple days at a time. My only advice is, don't start trying to manage it with drugs. you're just trading one problem with a different one
