I really can't fucking stand Greta Thunberg. I know it's wrong to hate a child, and she probably agrees with me on most climate issues, but oh my god cannot stand to look at her. everything about her, her face, her voice, her mannerisms are just so unpleasant to me. I think they may have purposefully selected an unappealing person to be the face of climate activism purely to discredit the whole idea. the worst part is knowing that i'll have to see her for the rest of my life, she's never going to fucking go away.

She doesn't really annoy me; it's more her adoring fans who elevate her so much. If I were in her position at that age, I'd probably be a million times more insufferable.

I don't even believe in the whiny zoomer/millennial stereotype, she just fits the role too perfectly. She has no ideas or solutions, doesn't participate in any actual activism as far as i can tell. she just gets on stage and cries and throws an autistic tantrum
