let's rank all the breeds of dogs

We can put them into tiers like S Tier, A Tier, B Tier, etc.

Which dogs belong in which tiers? Let's start with S Tier.

Personally I would put these dogs in S tier:
golden retriever, shiba inu, welsh corgi, irish wolfhound, german sherpherd, australian sherpherd

S Tier dogs must be highly intelligent, easy to train, generally friendly and polite, and useful for some purpose. But more than that... they must also be aesthetically appealing in some specific way. What do you think? Am I missing any? I've heard St Bernards are really good but I don't have much experience with them.

yeah instead of discussion lets do it on some soulless flash chart instead

talking about discussion, here’s a controversial dog breed for you, the pitbull. i once seen a video of one of these eating some poor womans cat inside her home, a lot people want these things banned, thoughts?

I was actually just discussing this elsewhere, I dunno, I consider pitbulls to be a low tier dog. Maybe D tier. I don't hate them like some people, I just think they're fairly dumb and ill-behaved for the most part. But I have noticed that the people that are drawn to own pit bulls are pretty much always the most toxic and irresponsible people imaginable.

I have step siblings that own pit bulls and they are super cute. Except really strong. I think pit bulls can be great as long as you have a good owner. But that really goes for any dog.

Dogs are cool. Not as good as cats but I still like lots of dogs. Daschunds are so cute and amazing but i can’t really say they’re better because of the breeding issues. I guess I think ranking dogs is difficult. I’m sorry Christo

I don't think you understand what the fuck you're talking about. The chart I linked lets you make a "tier list" where you can rank all of the dog breeds then share an image of it, where you can post the image here.

The image removes any discussion if you just slap it in here and be like "Here's my list of dogz in a picture". Now, shut up and list your favourite dogs without a shitty tier website

I'm a big fan of samoyed, malamute and huskies.. we had a husky and i loved her, but I don't think I can put them in the S tier in good faith. Reasons... They're too loud and they do that crazy yowling thing all the time. They're too high energy and all they want to do is run around all the time. They're not really easy to train. They're just pure work dogs, they're very good at the one thing that they do (pulling sleds, running around outside) but not very good at anything else.

At least, that's my experience with huskies. Maybe malamutes and samoyeds are more tame, I don't have as much experience with them.

I would put huskies in the A tier though, they're definitely aesthetically pleasing, and they serve a purpose. They're also friendly and intelligent.

Completely agree with the howling, they're very vocal dogs (all three). When it comes to training though, they can be taught pretty easily for all sorts - Agility, Sledding, Cani-Cross, Guarding etc. We looked after one called Nanook who was taught to use a skateboard and "dance". Beautiful dogs!

Where I used to work, my boss picked up a German shepherd to guard the compound. For one day I kept him leashed to me while I worked and from then on it never left my side. Always listened to me, was almost never disobedient. Great dog

We got an Anatolian shepherd to keep him company. Beautiful dog, absolutely huge, loving, but it in our case she would wander away.(many km, found her at a sawmill one timel) would’ve loved having her as a pet.

Currently dealing with a lot of mixed breed dogs of questionable origin, they are stubborn little fuckers. They have traits of shepherds and I’d say that’s probably their only good trait

Also have a chihuahua mix dog which I would normally categorize as shit tier due to annoying barking, stealing food off the table and general uselessness but the dog is absolutely hilarious and brings me joy so it gets a pass.

Had a few border collies and they are exceptionally intelligent dogs.

Chihuahuas, Pugs & Shit zus:
- useless
- hideous
- retarded
- impossible to train, often can't even learn to shit outside
- disobedient/sneaky (they wait til you aren't around and then they misbehave)
- needy
- yappy
- often aggressive, people just ignore it because it's "cute"

they also often display disgusting mannerisms like eating feces. they're also prone to congenital defects like inability to breathe, eye infections, etc. Just more evidence that they are not meant to exist.

overall these are probably the worst breeds of dogs. Ruined, unsalvageable form of "dog". These are the reasons why a lot of people don't like small dogs - a lot of small dogs are actually fine (like corgis for example), but these dogs give the others a bad name. People who breed and own them should be ashamed.

Poo-eating is not breed-specific
