my argument: dogs stink, straight up. they are nice sometimes but most houses i’ve been to that a dog inhabits REEK. also who the hell has time to walk a creature TWICE a day? No thanks i’ll stick with cats! they clean themselves constantly and almost smell as pleasant as a new car

A bad cat will just hide all the time and only come out to eat. A bad dog is capable of killing a small child.

i once read that if you were to die at home and you have a dog, it’ll most certainly feast on your remains. whereas there have been reports of cats attempting to help owners, dragging them to safety, some even attempting to breath into their owners mouths to give them air. beautiful creatures

Cats are gentle and calm. Dogs can give you stitches.

Well, I love them both, I have a really good cat right now so I'm biased. It really just depends on the animal's personality and how you raise it. Both dogs and cats can be beautiful creatures that you feel lucky to know. Or they can be rotten little pieces of shit.

I had a job not too long ago looking after a pair of puppies, they're cute as fuck but can definitely be a right pair of little shits. one of them in particular was always trying to pick a fight with the other in an attempt to dominate him and would just relentlessly test my patience, trying to jump up at me while i'm eating dinner or even trying to jump up on the table to get food the second my back was turned. he chewed up my earphones and even a pack of rolling papers despite the effort i went to to keep them out of their reach.

ironically it was the more well behaved one that drove me over the edge when he suddenly bolted on me while we were out for a walk, by time I got the other one on the lead and realized he'd run off he was like 30 seconds ahead of running to the other side of the park back towards the entrance where the road is. he just kept fucking running, eventually out of the park into coming traffic like he had a death wish or something. i'd never seen such behaviour before, he definitely wasn't lost as he kept looking back at me calling out and running after him. suffice to say the whole experience scared the crap outta me and gave me a fucking heart attack. thankfully he wasn't hurt or anything and all is well but i did decide right there that i needed a serious break from the dogs. i was already kinda at breaking point with depression and whatnot and the last thing i needed was a puppies death on my conscience. it's all good now though.

all that being said i still love dogs more than cats

Dogs are nice to have, puppies are good to have.

However, cats are calmer and are not too much trouble, except when you have to clean litter, that's one point for dogs.

Dogs are more useful, since they protect you and your family and your home. I get sketchy people walking by my house a lot and the dogs make sure they don’t even set foot on the driveway.
Cats are ok, but I rarely even name them unless they make a real impression on me. They breed like rats and they stink

I’ve got one cat now, which is tolerable. Multiple cats can fuck off. Untrained dogs can fuck off too. Also women dont know shit about raising a dog

I guess a cat can be good for pest control? Well a 5 gallon pail and a pop can works just as well. Our cats just littered the entire front yard with dead rotting mice

Haha nice. Is "Sprow" the actual command you say to him?

What does that have to do with either cats or dogs, Patryk?

Are you making a comparison between lions and house cats?

If so, very scientific indeed. Good job.
