An apparently very specific issue with 7gen.

I have created an account specifically to ask this question, as there is no solution I can find, though you're free to call me names if I've missed something very obvious on this forum.

I have all the necessary components installed exactly as they are needed; I've made sure of it ~thrice now. Python 2.7, Pygame 1.9.1, hooked up to eachother yada yada. There is simply no answer in modern science for the error I am having.

I'm using Windows 10 with a pretty full hard drive (~25 gigs left out of 446), if it makes a difference; feel free to ask any hardware or software questions.

Anyway, background over, the error: when I attempt to launch 7gen, it brings up a dialogue stating that it is "Unable to create process using '/usr/env python 7gen.pyw'" followed by the place 7gen is installed, which, for reference, is "C:\Users\Owner\Pictures\Camera Roll\my world\New folder\7gen_bundle" (do not ask why I have installed it in my camera roll).

Running it in administrator adds no difference. Running it via command line python gives the same message, but the install location information is absent.

For the love of God, please help me. Please, please help me.

You could try manually adding C:\Python27 to your environment variables. Make sure to restart afterwards.
If that doesn't work, you can use a virtual machine as a last ditch effort.

Did you install the 32 bit version of Python? Pygame only exists in 32 bit so you gotta use the 32 bit version of Pygame.

I made a bundle with both proper installers.

https://tazzy.ca/3dmm/7gen_bundle.zip

Delete your Python27 folder, and your Pygame folder as well. Then extract the zip and run both installers. Try running Pygame after that.
