The only person who's done that recently is that baby-show spam guy.
Payton wouldn't be here for more than one post if he was under another IP address because I'm always manually verifying newly signed up members.
It also doesn't take a genius to look at his profile and realize he's signed up on other websites. No troll would go out of their way to not only fake their IP under a non-proxy/VPN IP address, but to make a bunch of socials to convince people. Not unless you're Parkourdude91.
