According to wikia, Vicky, also known as Grey DeLisle, is a callous, sadistic, ruthless sixteen-year-old girl and one of the two antagonists( standing alongside Crocker) in The Fairly OddParents for the first six seasons of the show, and a minor character afterwards.

So poorly made none of the animations play properly and the whole thing just spazzes out. It doesn't make 3dmm catch fire, so I can't really delete it.
I still think its really funny Piotrek looked at this and thought "yeah this is acceptable quality"
