This is a little art for something I am working on, it's an animated series that would be released on Newgrounds.

The lines are WAY too thick, you never wanna use lines that are too thick for an animated series. You can use thick lines like how they do it in archer, but if it's to the point you aren't able to put much detail into it, then it becomes a problem. The design is way too simple for a character that you'd want to look at a lot considering it's an animated series. It looks like you used the shape tool for this character. There isn't a lot that makes it unique, and looks like it was thrown together in a minute.

I was actually using the pencil tool, along with the stabilizer.

As a change I will instead use 6.10 for the stroke instead of 14.08 and I'll try to make this design better.

That looks a lot better. It's not amazing, but it could work. Like 12 oz mouse (no offense) Your writing is pretty good, so consider me interested.
