Searching for a movie

It's an earlier shitpost movie, that I think I found on Dragonfilms back in the day, and I think it had a bit of a nonsensical title

But it has a sequence that pops into my brain a lot,
"Fonzie, I'm gonna kick you in the nuts.... if you can't jump over my vehicle.... in your vehicle"
"ayyyyy your vehicle's a tent with wheels"
"Fonzie.... I'm gonna kick you in the nuts"

Does anyone know what the fuck I'm talking about
