Weird website - Sentimental Corporation

I have a feeling this is an ARG and I wanna see a theory about it but only Spanish people make videos about it.

If I'm being honest, it doesn't look like an ARG and the person who says what he does in the videos is serious. Also, a weird thing is that most of the time, he'll go through the trouble of subtitling the videos. Not only that, but he also sometimes puts Spanish (and on rarer occasions) Russian subtitles. I've only seen those on the Eyes of Randy Prozac series however. What's stranger is that the date put at the end states that it was made in the 1980s, though this can't be possible as there are references to events that occurred after like the war between Iraq and the US between the early 2000s and early 2010s.
