How do i fix this error?

everytime i try to load a actor, scene, or a prop it says:
due to technical difficulties we can't open this file.
i can't send a image cause it says please enter url of image and i don't know what that means

i also tried to reinstall it and it didn't fix it

you gotta upload the image to imgur, then once it uploads, you gotta left click on the image itself. then click "copy image link" and paste it into the "enter image URL" dialog box.

copy all of your project files, then delete the 3dmm folder and re-install it using the modern installer.

projects, as in vmm and 3mm files. Also, don't make three posts in a row. Try to condense it into one.
