Error problem

Hi! I'm new to 3DMM.

Everytime I go on 3DMM, I keep getting an error that says this:

"Oops. We are having trouble getting the information we need from a file."

What should I do to fix this error so I can be able to use 3DMM?

Did you use the modern installer?

disable the ogg vorbis codec or delete it
