What is a good free screen recording software i could use?

Even though it's old and kinda sucky, I use HyperCam 2. Even though it can typically record at only 10 fps, it's barely noticeable when you're recording a movie since it runs at around the same framerate.

It has no sound.

What do you mean it has no sound? There's a video on how to fix it though, just look up how to record computer audio only in HyperCam. It's not as hard as it sounds.

Typically I use oCam when recording, maybe try that.

I tried out the software but it gave me an error that says "Couldn't open video compressor".
