Clyde v2

I've gotta be real with you. There was never any moment in any Pac-Man game (except for Ghostly Adventures) where Clyde had lazy-eye. Lazy-eye is a serious medical condition and therefore should not be used to indicate that someone's stupid. The only reason I made Clyde v1 lazy-eyed was because I didn't know any better.
