use a screen recording software, and for the record, i asked because whenever i click on the link it just gives me this stupid "you need access" bullshit. did you forget to switch the link to "anyone on the web" or something?

Use another file sharing service like DepositFiles if you do not know how to use it then there are good screen recorders like iSpring Free Cam 8 (A bit obscure i guess) or OBS Studio.
