Your guide to fixing the Microsoft Audio Compression Manager Error

This is a guide on fixing an error that appears when opening 3D Movie Maker, if it looks like this

Then you came to the right place

Step 1:Install VMware Workstation Player.

Step 2:When it is finished, open it up and create a new virtual machine. You need a Windows XP ISO for this, i got one from this youtuber named SaltyPeanut.

Step 3:When you made it, do whatever needs to be done and wait for the setup to be finished, it takes 39 minutes for Windows XP's setup to be done.

Step 4:You could drag items to your Windows XP virtual machine, so download the 3D Movie Maker ISO on archive.org

Step 5:Windows XP cannot open ISOs, make sure you also put a setup for Virtual Clone Drive on the VM too.

Step 6:Install Virtual Clone Drive

Step 7:Click on the ISO but if it tells you it does not have a program to open it, select Virtual Clone Drive.

Step 8:Wait for the 3D Movie Maker Setup to be finished.

Step 9:And bingo! You are back in business.
