Plot Summary:

Filburt starts going on a killing spree, committing mass murders and getting away with it each time! But how long is it until Rocko and Heffer figure it out?

Remember in the Rocko's Modern Life episode "With Friends Like These," when Filburt got away with blowing up a whole movie theater and killing everyone inside? Well, in this follow-up made on the 3D Movie Maker, Filburt ends up getting hooked on committing mass murders! But how long will he keep getting away with it? And will Rocko and Heffer be able to stop him?
