My Cartoon Sound FX Pack
Description:
This is my Cartoon Sound FX Pack, here's for Wileyvision and other 3DMM Users! I figured that since I am a big cartoon fan, I've got the Cartoon Sound FX Pack. A Cartoon Sound Pack you heard from many of the greatest moments in cartoon history This pack contains sound effects you've heard like Disney (Cartoon Trax), Warner Bros. (Looney Tunes) and the legendary Hanna-Barbera. The best sounds of Nickelodeon (including SpongeBob Squarepants), PaRappa The Rapper, Parappa TV Anime, 80s Anime, Ape Escape CGI Shorts and Um Jammer Lammy PS1 games were absolutely included, too! Perfect for making fan animations and movies and cartoons using GoAnimate, Plotagon, YouTube, Flash, Toon Boom, Microsoft/Nickelodeon 3D Movie Maker, Sony Vegas, Nickelodeon Toon Twister 3-D, etc. Also, It adds a lot more generic and cartoon sounds for your needs. (If you already have the original movie makers and movie making websites, which also has generic/cartoon sound effects in it, it will perfectly compliment those included effects as well, giving you a lot more to work with.

this isn't really actually a mod, it's just a one-frame .3mm movie file with sounds imported into it. you transfer them from this "movie" to yours the same way you always import sounds from one to another, using the import button in the sound effects section

edit: well, in this case he kind of weirdly chose to make them voices instead of sound effects. so use the import button in that section instead

Thanks man, I figured it was something like that but it's been a while. The other thing I was drawing a blank on was that button that makes the actors arrive places at synchronized times. I guess eventually I'll go through the tutorials again.

I don't think I ever really understood how that feature worked to begin with
