ever since this change, the "go to first unread post" buttons on threads haven't been working right for me. unless I manually clear my cache, it takes me to the first unread post from the last time I was here. anyone else had this issue or is it just a coincidence that's only affecting me?

I think it's just a coincidence you are seeing this now. The change I made was very specific to the New Posts link. It's probably caused by the same thing though.

well, this fix seems to have broken the "Mark Forums Read" button for me

now I have to actually go in and read all ~5 of the "post a song" threads

it's pretty rough
