dr ashworth - wowww a full band entry? geez this is quite the monumental week of 60 minute contest! very cool, i can't understand the lyrics at all but the overall sound during the loud part is great, its so different having a full band entry in this contest. voted
tom humphreys - man that sample is haunting, i forgot about that

amazing turnout! love how varied the entries are as well. nepotism aside i did get the biggest emotional responses (laughing hella hard / tripping out about nature being horrific) to jack's and tom's, so those two got my vote. was drunk when i voted which i regret, because if i could re-vote, lizard for sure for would have +1 from me. logan's is a hell of a lot of fun. shit i'd also give suburban birds a vote too, on second listen that is such a cool moody track, love that guitar + keyboard combo.

awesome variety here! have there ever been this many entries before?

Cubert's - man, this one had me howling with laughter the first time i heard it. i've probably re-listened to it the most times. creative and absurd. voted
Dan's - very funny, especially the coughing/crying at the end. pure violence.
John Coffee's - hauntingly beautiful piece, though it really doesn't make me think of violence at all, maybe more melancholy? i do wish that i'd voted for it though, just cause it's so damn good.
Lizard's - i don't dig this kind of music, but it's clearly well-composed. good job!
Logan's - haha this is awesome. easily the best lyrics of any entry. dope instrumentals too. voted.
Lohr's - chaotic and beautiful. it remins me of hockey scores. very violent.
Scatterbrain's - awesome mixing of sound clips. for some reason, it doesn't really make me think of violence, despite being heavily composed of puches. sounds great though.
Suburban Birds - sounds like something that would be in a tarantino movie. pretty awesome. i wish the vocals were clearer, though. i can't understand the lyrics for the louder parts.
Tom Humphreys's - trippy as hell. voted.

good stuff, i liked lizard's and scatterbrain's the most, but i thought all were awesome/funny.

a note on mine: there are no lyrics :O i improvised, so you guys aren't missing much by not hearing them lol. we just recorded that ultra fast.
