You should delete a few forums. Like everything related to 3dmm and then merge TTF with Cow and delete whatever else I don't even remember because it should just be Off-topic becoming Any-topic, CoW, Archives, and Admin Contact where we can tell you to do shit for us, Dad.

I think we can probably get rid of Art Gallery now, right? And maybe condense the 3dmm forums into one although I also see how that would make things confusing for any potential scraps of newbies.

I don't want to get rid of the Art Gallery without having some kind of system to tag off-topic posts as art content, so that requires some coding work on my part. That's the only thing keeping that from happening.

I feel the 3DMM forums have been condensed as far as they possibly can be, as the idea of mixing movie and mod threads with random 3DMM chat would make things appear too unorganized for my liking. I really don't see what it would accomplish either. Having only two 3DMM forums on a 3DMM bulletin board is already sorry enough.

The real problem is that we have 3 off-topic forums that are, for all intents and purposes, completely indistinguishable from one another. Folks love to argue this, claiming each forum has its own little nuances, and while that may be true, their differences are so superfluous that I honestly can't see the sense behind their separation on such a tiny forum as this one. I gave up fighting this battle though more than half a decade ago, so unless the majority opinion has changed since then, I'm not likely to touch those anytime soon.

I genuinely think TTF has its own worth. If people want to post something really stupid and pointless (HAVE SOMETHING COMPLETELY RANDOM TO SAY?!) then it goes in there rather than making a mess of the other forums. CoW and Off-Topic could arguably be merged if you wanted to condense things but I really don't think anything needs to be changed.

i agree with this, the testing forum is the dumping ground for shit posts and garbage parody threads that would otherwise clutter up actual discussion

I don't even know wtf new posts is. I just click my user cp then the green down pointing arrow and catch up on threads. Why would I want to see every new post in one string anyway? It'd be out of context and I wouldn't know wtf people were responding to...
