Using MediaFire would be a good one. I normally use Liam Brocklehurst's Uploader or OneDrive though.

Try using a mic or use something like Speakonia for voices. using 3d word text is a bad idea.
Also, how old are you anyway? Is english your primary language?

yeah don't "activate" (move into the right-hand panel in v3dmm) any expansions except the ones you actually use in your movie. activating many or all of them, like you did here, causes the movie file to be huge, which is going to keep most people from downloading it. try deactivating the expansions you didn't use and uploading a new copy.
