I love how there's always one guy who runs the length of the field to join in.

yeah actually animals is a big one. one of the things I miss most from living at home is having a dog/cat around. but occasionally I find myself becoming resentful of the fact that they never have any real problems and can just hang out and be a cat

other than that its the usual ones, drink, jack off, go to the gym, play video games with friends (I find when I'm playing alone more often than not video games just annoy me even more)

heres one for you jamie, possibly my favourite single piece of rugby fighting just because it's chris ashton and fuck chris ashton

Thats hot, except his fist goes weird and just looks like a stump.

Maybe exercising is a good idea, I've heard it helps when you feel down.

Play games. I need to find something else to do, because when I play games, I put off whatever it is that is making me upset and that just adds stress later.

There's no cheering yourself from an endless black pit of despair. Well, unless you have an N64 and weed, that can cheer anyone up.

good ways to cheer yourself up:

-if you're the type that daydreams, try to focus on the 2% of your memories that aren't shame based
-everytime you're able to escape your depression, reward yourself with six pack of beer, some McDonald's, and a whole cake. In this way you'll be able to train your mind to be happy more often
-don't watch six hour documentaries about the holocaust
-call anyone who can still stand your company

I flex my muscles in the mirror and say "wow Jonny have you been working out?!" in a high pitched Mila Kunis voice.
