all i know is that whenever i turn on the computer, my IP changes.

Goat's tried to block me from viewing 3dmm.com completely before and it didn't work.

You have a dynamic IP, but the end of your hostname never changes. If I wanted to ban you, all I'd have to do is ban your hostname and put wildcard spaces for the number part.

Like this;

Your current hostname address:
adsl-63-202-185-89.dsl.snfc21.pacbell.net

Your current hostname address as I'd ban it:
Deny from .dsl.snfc21.pacbell.net

The only part that changes in your hostname is your IP address, the 63 part--And even that doesn't change very much each time you log on. You always start off with 63-dot-something. Having a dynamic IP isn't anything special, in fact, just about all dial-up users have them.
