MODs

I, for one, would be very happy to see a rise the number of MODs here. Such a change can only be for the better, and those who complain are almost certainly the one's who deserve to be 'censored' the most.

I think you had it right after that one BB jumble a few months back, and you got a whole load of new moderators. I think most of those same people, and whoever else you think fits the bill, Goat, should become MODs and help get this place back into shape. That, along with this new design, I believe would help ensure the survival of this community for years to come.

I'd love to be a MOD with limited powers... i only want one ability:

To be able to edit people's posts. I would go through and type things correctly for people. Baofu would be a hassle, but I could handle it. Also, I could remove the most annoying thing about this BB:

People who put (sp?) after words that are CORRECTLY spelt. That just pisses me off. You got it right, jack! Stop doubting yourself!

I'd like to see a team of mature moderators keeping these boards in order too.

I think if anyone it should be Jim, Sapone and Pikios as mods, but eh.

I think Travis and Andres (if he comes back) should be the mods because they have done a good job in the past.

and Trav is an Admin. not a Mod...

and editing people's posts to make them more coherent or whatever, I'm against that. You're getting rid of their personalities. I identify Bafou or whatever by how he types, changing that would make it weird.

now that we got quite a few more forums, we need more mods. But not the evil people (Sapone, Andres) Ok, maybe they could do well but as Sammy said Sapone is too short tempered and i think Andres is too strict.
..i wouldnt mind being a part time mod or something...chances are slim though cause Goat and i seem to disagree on most administrative things that happen, although i think the board has improved a lot now.
