I was always personally cool with red, even talked to him on facebook for a time, but I do have to comment that he just objectively doesn't have what it takes for this community. He doesn't have the backbone. He's shown it time and time again. I really think it best for everyone's sake, including his, if he stays out permanently.

why is he only temporarily banned (again), can someone please explain this to me? he will always be the community skid mark he should just be flushed away for good. who the hell here would want him back anyway?

Mostly because I think permanent bans on long-term members do nothing but encourage imp accounts. It sends the wrong message. Sadly, the only real way to effectively ban people who have been here as long as he has is to make them leave voluntarily.

he never will though, he's said on multiple occasions 'I'm here to stay, deal with it' because he's so determined to come out on top of every argument he has got himself into. he's as stubborn as a mule. plus look at the amount of imp accounts he has made over the years, whether it's after leaving, getting banned or just attempting to start fresh without us noticing. he's NEVER going to learn, he hasn't shown any real improvement in the near decade he's been here.

i mean look at this thread. the one where he returned claiming to have changed and then immediately posts in there with another account pretending to be someone else, he welcomed himself back. and then there's this thread for a chain movie, he signed up once, did his part for the movie and then after getting banned tried to sign up again under a new identity (page 10, before we knew banana pancake was red scorpion)

to put it simply; red scorpion/tarssiunn/red snake/darkxembersx/atreyuFIGHTER/banana pancake/adelitas (i'm sure there are others) is a pathetic, two faced, emotionally unstable piece of SHIT, lost cause. please don't let him back in, if you do you're letting him mock you and enabling him to continue being a cunty presence here, which at this point is now probably exactly what he wants.

I don't know The way I see it is that we're all mature and level-headed enough to deal with him when he's a dick. He's actually the only one in this situation who can't cope with the inevitable arguments he causes. If he comes back, we're all man enough to deal with it. The only major thing he could do that actively disrupts the board is spamming threads like he did before he left, and the effects of that don't really last for more than a few minutes, since it's so easily fixed. If he came back and did it again, I imagine he'd be rebanned. If he didn't do it again, he'd be no major problem to the rest of us.

I mean, don't get me wrong - I definitely don't want him to come back, but if he did return then I wouldn't be particularly bothered by it.

I really don't think this place is healthy for him. Can't you just IP ban Dundee? Yeah obviously there are ways to get around that...but this is Red Scorpion we're talking about here
