Marcy the Vampire & Susan the Dog Heads Off 2 the Store & Disastrous Things Occur
Jt Copper's Avatar
Plot Summary:
The third episode of the most least anticipated series of the 3dmm community.

Yep, im still doing this series. Made another episode because I felt like it, might make it into a whole series thing.

Also I fixed the voice understanding difficulty, so now (I hope) he is alot more easier to understand, and without making him lose his ridiculous voice. And also of course, all made in one day like any other episode. Started at 4:00 PM, ended in 10:30 PM. * yawns *

Hope this one comes out better, so watch, rate, enjoy!

Just watched this. Very good indeed, sir! Animation is really well done (duck boat away made me lol) and the voice acting is hilarious. Nice one!

Hey, sorry it took me a while to comment (and about the lack of comments in general). This was really funny! Also it improved a bit over the last one. I really like your scenery design. A lot of the little details, such as the gutter things in the floor of the first room, look nice. That style of detailed, textured scenery design is my favorite.

The voices improved, but the breathing into the mic is still a problem. Try setting the mic slightly to the left or right of your face, so that your breath does not go directly into it. You should get about the same volume, and since I'm assuming it's mono there shouldn't be an issue of it being louder in one side or the other in stereo. I understand the temptation to use mic distortion as a joke, but if you don't do it perfectly and sparingly then it will be more annoying than funny. But it's not as much of an issue here as the previous ones.

You need more music, especially in quiet scenes where not a lot is going on, such as the first one. Just some light background stuff at minimum would do, such as what you had in the store.

I loled a few times. Such as the selection of vehicles (choo choo train, haha), his excitement over the duck boat (and its ridiculous speed), and I grinned at some of the cheesier ones such as "pick up our shit." The animation was quite good too, really made a lot of the jokes effective. And the side shot where the guy is grabbing shit off the shelves from inside the moving cart is really unique and cool. You should experiment with more special camera work like this, because that looked nice.

Thanks for the comments mate, im got better with the mic, but I turned the volume up on each one, so I guess I gotta get better then that. Also the first room was not designed by me, it was a MOD call Dan Martain HQ (Haha, Marcy lives with Dan)

Try the trick of just putting the microphone to the side, or just back away from it and boost the volume in an audio editor afterward. The problem is not the mic, but you blowing into it.
