Can anyone do some web design alterations for me?

Hey team.

I'm making a short, which focuses on an online forum where users upload pictures of their girlfriend - along the lines of Reddit's r/gonewild.

Is anyone able to produce something that's similar, but different, for us to film? As we're basing it on Reddit, it could be as simple as changing the font and right-aligning the text, which I guess would mean you could use an original page and play with the code?

If anyone could help me out I'd be super grateful.

you just need a static page that looks like an altered reddit?

Yes. That's a much better way of saying it.
Even altering a static page is beyond my skills...
