YouTube Sound Embedding Bug?

I got this problem for quite sometime, when someone has embedded a sound (aka video from a youtube url) it doesn't show the videobar etc. with the play/pause button, but part of the video and it's title

Example:

I'm using Google Chrome

Oh yeah, I get that too. I have to click in quite a specific place to avoid hitting the title, which causes the video to open in a new tab. Firefox here.

Fix the bullet list problem in Chrome first.

The problem is that youtube changed their embed player so that when I resize it to an absurdly short height, it now prefers to show the top bit of the player instead of the bottom where the controls are. I honestly doubt there is a fix, but if anyone knows of a way, please let me know.
