Your Town Hub

Another website I'm working on at the moment:

I'm hoping this idea will kick off quite a bit (albeit it's probably been done before - afterall hasn't everything).
But, alas, we'll see how it goes.

Any criticism welcome.

I really can't stand these mutli-layer scroll down style sites that have been popping up everywhere. But that's just me. It looks fine.

The site is very salesman like in its wording. You're selling your services to business to promote them on social media? And then your website works as a hub for all of it?

It's a cool concept, but this looks more like a brochure - where's the actual HUB part of the site?

It's all very slick and "web 2.0" and all that jazz.

I guess I have to agree with Ash on the first point (again, just personal preference), but I really like the design. The colors and fonts you chose look really great and professional, with the possible exception of the Contact section. I don't really like the way the blue fields look over so much orange. Great work, though.

I like that color scheme and layout but the scrolling part isn't really my bag. I'm working on a website with the similar colors. I'd like to see where this goes.

I agree with the orange and blue contact colours, I need to find a way of making that a bit more appealing.

So the first Hub as such is going to be Felixstowe which is also under development at:

The Your Town Hub website is as you put it, a brochure to explain the concept.
