Merry Christmas from yours truly

I was originally going to post this in my 3D work thread, but I don't think people check it out anymore seeing as it's so old. Anyways, this took about two weeks on and off. Just uploaded it to Facebook, so that's why the quality is a bit shit.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Thank you thank you! Nah, I actually just threw that in there just to make it more christmassy, but it would be a fun idea now that you mentioned it.

if you do that, i think the red border and text is really not doing the amazing 3D work justice, makes it look tacky, maybe a sweet black border that's a bit rugged, or no border at all, a border makes the whole thing seem boxed in, and with a piece like this, it's the kind of thing you want to really imagine BEING IN, so yeah, no border at all would seem like the best option

haha, there's a compliment in there somewhere!

Pretty cool. And sort of like "Sør-Karmøy".

Looks really dark. Like the scene of a murder disguised with Xmas lights, or a scene of an upcoming zombie attack. Not exactly bringing the Xmas cheer for me.

I love you.

EDIT: All jokes aside though, personally Christmas spirit for me is inspired by what BR basically said. "Dark", Christmas lights at night etc. It probably has something to do with us Scandinavians celebrating Christmas in the evening rather than in the morning. This is a drunk post so forgive me if I don't make any sense. You all should speak Norwegian, would make everything so much easier.

No that actually makes a ton of sense. I didnt consider that at all. I didn't even realize you're from Scandanavia.
