Starting over again (again)

So a few weeks ago I got this virus on my laptop which basically stopped me doing ANYTHING. (Google police virus - I strongly recommend learning about how to remove it if you're unaware of it - just in case it happens to you).
Long story short i had to wipe my C drive. So every movie and expansion I had ever made is gone.

I've pretty much remade every main expansion now - Was about to restart my movies. I had three large ones in the works: one star wars themed (the only surviving gif on this page), one based on the game half-life, and one that was going to be the start of an original series.

Is anyone still interested to see these? I know they'll take a lot of time to make so I'd like to know which ones I could leave for now or cancel entirely

pro tip for the future: it's almost never necessary to wipe your C drive if you have a virus. and it's NEVER necessary to do so before saving important stuff from it!

I got something similar to that, restart in safe mode and run system restore, works like a charm and you lose nothing

yeah, failing that run Malwarebytes in safe mode, and if that doesn't work, look the virus up online in safe mode and delete the relevant files and registry entries. for literally about 95% of viruses, that will do it. for the other 5%, start in safe mode, move your important files onto a USB drive, and THEN format C:

(yes I know it's too late for this to help in your case, but there may be a next time!)

It was really an end-of-my-tether last resort. I did look up about restarting in safe mode with command prompt and deleting files from the registry, but the option to start up in safe mode was literally gone.

You're pretty much asking "Who wants to see this movie I might make, 4 years from now?"

Look at your movie release profile. My answer is no.

Or, who wants to see this movie I WILL make if the interest is there.

Yes its been ages since I released a movie but I've been working on these movies on and off since that time (wanted them to be decent after all). Now since I lost them all (see original post) I wanted to see if there was still anyone who wanted to see them so I know whether or not to put in the same effort replicating them.

Is that ok?

I can't take the credit for the willy model, the skins I did myself but the head and hair BMDLs are from Aaron Haynes' Zachary Gelst model

Thanks!

By the way, do you actually mind me using your Gelst head BMDLs? I should have asked before really...

Not at all, feel free to use any of the Vlarion models you think would look good.

I don't know if it's too late to make changes, but the face of the Kim model's character is a little squished and low on the head. For the most part the faces look really good, though.

That was the best I could get the face to look after a lot of trial and error.
I decided to leave it there as it lined up the best with the nose, eye and mouth positions.

It looks better up close. Just depends what angles you use, I guess. I had that problem with the Dask face model (it's a huge mess, and so was the hair, lol).

Sweet man. Yeah I'd say that definitely looks better up close. But I wouldn't worry about it too much, nobody will mind, this is 3dmm after all. It's not like we haven't seen Bongo in a dramatic role before and taken it seriously :P
