Yeah back when I joined this forum was VERY hostile to newbies. If you were a newbie, your first post would get tons of harassment no matter what it was, from people like andres. Even when Lord Raidis first posted he got some flac for no reason even though he posted great great stuff, although he is kind of a fag. I doubt if it was andres doing the harassing he would get criticized, but Eukos and nickson get criticized cuz they're newbs.

This forum has gotten soft in a way, before it was this cool thing where if you wanted to be "in" you had to endure tons of harassment from vets. Now it's so desperate for new members that tons of Clinton fags join and post all the time. Razorx and blue cardboard? Cmon.

edit: I saw the glorian trailer, it doesn't look that exciting, it looks kinda boring and moderate paced. It looks like something some anime fag that plays with bow staffs all the time would make. It has cool models and imagery though.

Psychedelic animation is a good backdrop for homemade music videos to music in the psychedelic era, alongside other songs like Deee-Lite's song "Groove Is In The Heart", of which I attempted other animated psychedelic backdrops for, some of which not made with 3DMM, since I made some of them in QB64 as well.

I also had attempts for psychedelia in this too...

And, there was also this attempt for animated psychedelia in 3DMM, which was a more simplistic routine...

I also bluescreened Ren and Stimpy's dancing on v3dmm, and used a psychedelic backdrop on it, as an experiment for more chromakeying on 3DMM renderings.

Chromakeying is crucial to having static backdrops in some applications, but it can be very handy for advanced superimposition, and alpha-based compositing.

And ya know, I thought I'd just post a "movie" just as a silly gimmick for showcasing a lost prototype of musical ambition, and I use honest-to-goodness documentation when I spew out these movies. But the YouTube video I made as a video "placeholder" for the pot and pan showcase was pure 3DMM made simply just by rotating incoherent text strings wrapped in a circle.
