hahaha so protective of our precious community.

but that's cool eukos, glad to see this is getting some use

VM's in general are awesome, I had issues with Diablo 1 on 7 so I'm just playing it on this XP VM now, lol.

It's kind of a pain. I wouldn't mess with v3dmm too much apart from putting already made expansions into your movie and importing 3d work textures. Otherwise you'll probably get bored and discouraged before you make anything.

lemurboy has 1,000 models now, that kid's an animal.

although they're well known characters and not really general-purpose.

I kind of feel bad for him, tbh. Nobody will ever probably use them 95% of them. I wonder how many general-purpose models he has access to, from wherever he's getting these? Maybe we should encourage him to go that route, although honestly, those probably wouldn't get used either.

lol...yeah. I can't really feel bad cause I'm pretty sure he knows this is a very inactive community 3dmm-wise, based on the fact that 90% of the 3DMM Releases page is either his models or old movies. He just likes to do it.

hey I remember there was this add-on that let you hotkey certain things... Like going to the next frame by pressing "]"? is that still around/in this package?

This came at the perfect time as no matter how many different ways I try to install 3dmm onto Windows 7, the install just crashes. Thank you, Pizza.

Never really went in here to see what this was all about, but now I regret it because this is actually pretty fucking awesome. Seeing as the 3dmm re-release project is either dead or on hold, I wont be able to watch some more classics for at least a while. Including my own work, which probably wont be re-released at all, so this is just fantastic! I really want to get my hands on this, but there's no seeding going on.

Download and seed people!

Hey, I'm using vista. If I installed this thing of 3dmm, would the midis still hang when they stopped playing?

Like in the movie, you play a MIDI, stop it, and it doesn't listen? It just keeps going? Or do you mean stop the 3dmm file?

Yeah, it just keeps going. The song doesn't keep playing, but on vista, whenever a midi stops in 3dmm, the last note just drones on forever until you minimize and restore it.

wow that sounds bad...um I doubt that would happen unless it's some fucked up thing with your soundcard. wouldn't hurt to try out. I know there's a lot of text in the OP but it really is pretty damn easy to get goin'.

yeah it's not the soundcard, that happens to everyone with Vista. I read at one point that it was due to a glitch in how Vista handles MIDIs but I dunno

It's still at 0%. Wouldn't it be possible for a 3dmmer with some space to have it up on their uploader or something? It would actually be for a good cause.

dude, I think you have your torrent ports blocked or some shit. I've been seeding just fine this whole time to several people. In fact my ratio on this is 6.467. Google search torrents not downloading <your client name> or somethin'.
