Fishing for compliments/fair criticisms. Cracked.com sucks for feedback! You get nothing at all.

For this week's contest, the category is, "the everyday world if we understood animals." I thought it was pretty funny.

No feedback at all, as usual. Just negative votes. The site places more emphasis on comedic value than photoshop skillz. Bad joke?

Here's another thing I did last week. This wasn't for Cracked but I'm not going to make a separate thread for it. The Mountain Dew bottle needs work but I exhausted my effort finishing this. It got down voted right away on Reddit. Maybe I insulted their life blood?

sorry, but kind of dumb. Then again, I think all of the cracked photoshop posts are dumb.

It's not that there's anything wrong with the photoshops or anything, but it's just not really funny.

I like almost all of them actually. They're probably too cerebral for people who go to these threads/features looking for an obvious punchline. Like the Jackass one, being from the viewpoint of politicians who think UHC will make people do crazy shit because the government will pick up their hospital tab.

The soda one, too, it's as much commentary as joke, which is kind of a crapshoot as far as who's going to like it. The photoshop work on that one is ace, though.

I don't like them to be honest but Roger Ebert's captions are awesome.

Shaun, they're not funny because they're anti-humor without being ironic and purposely inept... they're just stupid but without being admittedly so. And even if they are, which they don't come across as being (imo), they still just don't have "it". I dunno - keep at it. Don't give up.
