Interesting choice of subject matter, but it's a promising start! It's clear you're putting some effort into the composition of your scenes, etc. Keep it up

EDIT: I'm actually doing a short comedy just for the hell of it right now.

Old Rivers, the scene seems to work fine for me, so maybe it's a problem outside of the movie?
