So, is anyone here wealthy? Or in horrible debt?

Some very personal questions, I'm sure, but this is 3dmm after all and we're all shits, and nosey too.

I was listening to this podcast the other day called Stuff You Should Know and it was mentioning the Cash, Debit and Credit systems and it was really interesting (link is here), and I was thinking of some big questions, wondering if anyone would like to answer.

What's everyone's salaries here?
Me and the wife earn about €35000 a year, when put together.

Does anyone have any debts/savings?
We paid off two credit cards in December, but we are still paying off another one. We are both in our overdraft in our English banks.

But we have money in Barcelona and are saving a lot at the moment in our Spanish banks.

I wanna know other stuff here like, does anyone make a decent living off Freelance work, which I'm sure some of you do. Does anyone have massive inheritance, gambling wins, insurance payouts? Does anyone own any property, or have a mortgage? We're renting, it's a bitch.

So yes, please share.

I'm living with the 'rents so I only pay a little rent, I don't have a car, I have a stable job at minimum wage (Ontario $10.25/hr) and I have ~$11,000 saved for college

My fiancée and I make, combined, around AU$80,000.00 annually. We have no debts of any kind.

We're renting at the moment, however after our wedding we'll be looking into buying a property to live in and work on, with the intention of selling it down the track when we decide to build a new house.

I'm about $4,000 in debt. It's hurts because me and my girlfriend make very little money. Once I finish paying off my debts - I'll be in a much better position. (sometime in the next year and a half I'll be debt free {excluding medical debt;which I don't count.}) Can't fucking wait. Once, I'm out of debt, it will be so much easier.

check, you, out

i have no job at the moment, but i got paid a pretty nice amount for doing art for a charity that is actually quite famous so it could kick off something great in terms of freelance work.

i also have a good amount of money tucked away, buuuuuuut if you consider my student loan debt, they pretty much cancel each other out, but i don't wanna spend all my savings on paying off my debt.

I don't have any debt thank god
I'm working as a barista at a coffee shop and get about $1000/month from that
Do a few modeling gigs here and there that usually gets me another $200-400 per month

And I've slowly trying to start up a freelance photo retouching business, which I hope will pick up this year to eventually be my sole income. Currently making about $300 per month from this.

I have about $400 in checking, $100 in savings, and around $550 credit card debt from when I was unemployed, plus weekly $75 deductions for the car/insurance. So, I'm still losing more than I make, but hopefully I can catch up soon.

I was about £2k in debt but parents helped me get out.
Right now I have no job and my redundancy money is running out. I'd say I have about £1000 to my name but that'll be eaten up when mot and car tax comes up in next few months.

It's pretty shitty at the moment.

$4700 credit card debt. the depressing part is on my statement it says if I pay the minimum payments i'll have it payed off in 20 years.

once I pay my credit off i'll feel so much better. I feel like a piece of shit right now.

Well yeah that's what minimums are. Do/can you even try to double or triple that payment?

I had around $8000 dollars in credit card debt this time last year, and those larger payments go a long way. My minimum was around $150, but I would pay $300 if I could swing it and if I couldn't, I would just, at some point, throw another $50 towards it in the middle of the month.
