Please do a "like" button for posts (and other fancy stuff)

This would add some nice swing to the community. And no, it would not result in people posting less, who came up with this fairy tale anyway? All it would result in is probably 10% less "HAhahah" posts.

Actually I have a million ideas for forum features to make this community even nicer.

I'm fed up with this stone-age vBulletin version !

Yeah I mean everything is good as it is right now, we don't need a stupid "like" button. Never felt the need for it anyway. This community is all about talk and not stupid upvotes or post rankings. If you like someones post, just post it, whats so bad about that?

Never change a runnig stytem, too. Simple formular.

post ratings are the worst, just check Facepunch, but they have negative ratings too which are even worse ("Dumb"). i was for this idea a year ago, since then ive changed my stance. i love "hahah" posts! i still remember posting my ginger remix and it was followed by like 6 "hahah" posts, i was very happy! getting 6 likes? BORING

i mentioned something similar to this before but i agree with Lohr now.It irritates me when people just 'like' everything on facebook.

'hey man you fancy going to this gig?'
*friend likes comment*

well, is that a yes or a no? TALK, dammit.

I laugh at loads of stuff on here but dont feel it warrants a post. Posts on here are pretty chunky.
