Ha-Hey That Was the 90's! What Should We Do Now? RESTARTED!!

THE YEARS!!!! Are 1990-1999. THE PLACE!!!! Is planet Earth. THE THING!!!! Is pop songs.

We are going to COVER THEM. WITH MUSIC. AND LOVE!

I have compiled a basic list. These are just some of the hittiest hit songs of the 90's. This is not a list of the only things you can choose. You may pick anything you want...within reason. The idea here is that Andres de la Hoz can just sit down, open our album, and be like, "hahaha, FUCK YEAH, THE FUCKIN 90S MAN!" Not, "hey wow that instrumental track off of the U2 EP nobody's ever heard of is pretty neat and I like what Cubert did with it."

So yeah, pick what you want. If you pick something nobody's ever heard of though, I'm probably going to not let it in so don't put me in that position please

The element of surprise is going to be super fun here, so keep your picks super secret (except from me, so I can tell other people if their pick is taken.) So, when you have your pick, IM me or PM me or whatever so I can cross it off the list!!!

Here is a list of suggestions. The list is in no specific order it is now, it was driving me mad reading through that.

edit: I've started just listing what's picked at the bottom. Go organization go!

Some suggestions that are just suggestions and you can pick something else if you want

Good list/thread. BUT I kinda have a bit of a vomit reflex whenever I notice that Limp Bizkit is on a BEST OF THE 90'S list and not a song like Paranoid Android. Not necessarily talking about your list, but lists like this in general.

I guess this list should be a healthy mix of what was popular and what SHOULD have been popular (hence why you had Neutral Milk Hotel, of course).

haha yeah to be fair, what is that song even doing on the list? I don't recall a time when you couldn't turn on the radio without hearing the smash hit In The Aeroplane Over The Sea

also, this is a pretty American 90's we've got going on here

I believe that's the case. However, because Tom Breed is A BIG DORK, he didn't explicitly state that anywhere.

if you want it to be kept secret, wouldn't it make more sense to completely remove the picked songs from the list? that way people don't get infuriated when they find out YOU OUGHTA KNOW was an option but was already taken, FUCKING HELL

They are listed so you can check if your pick is taken before getting all excited and messaging me and me telling you it's already taken!

HOLD THE PHONE BRUH, when i first requested about doing it before the list was posted, you hadn't said anything about someone already taking it, you just said "i knew it would be snatched up quickly" which doesn't imply anything of the sort, i just assumed it was put in italics because of me is all.

DON'T WORRY, I CAN FIND ANOTHER SONG

What? I never said that. YOU said that. Also, this person requested it way before you did. I hate you btw
