BR: I don't know much about turtles but if you needed to learn how to tame a semi-domesticated horse, I could possibly help teach you.

Bjorny: get a pullup bar. 3 day whole body split with calisthenics. Day 1: 100 pushups in however many sets it takes you, fast as you can. Day 2: ditto, 200 squats Day 3: ditto, 50 pullups, and repeat. You can do these sessions twice a week with one day of rest, adding another 50 reps each workout. When you're satisfied with how many reps you can blast out relative to how quickly you're doing them/how few sets you can complete them in, then you've probably built a solid foundation of muscular endurance at which point you can consider getting a gym membership or buying a barbell and do some Starting Strength or pick a weightlifting routine that you like. I would recommend starting with your bodyweight first, though. Calisthenics are completely legit and plenty of people train exclusively this way for their whole lives

hey flounder, sometimes i wonder if you have any idea about what's the best way for money to launder, i wonder if you'd plunder a village of wild tigers in a jungle with magic vaginas?

I think he meant in multiple sets.

Although I can only really do 10 max, so it'd probably take me at least 6 sets.

No but seriously, aren't you a vegan/vegetarian Flounder? What do you eat to build mass when you're a vegeterian? Or am I confusing you with somebody

I was vegetarian for close to a year then vegan for a few years, now I eat fish and dairy. Peanut butter was what I did when bulking up vegan. Or rice/beans. Quinoa. Now I eat tuna sandwiches and drink whole milk, eat protein bars. Muscle milks from the gas station. Good shit

and yeah, my best ever on pullups was like 19 consecutively. I can't do 50 in a set but I could probably do 50 in a few quick sets. I'm not gonna say "yeah just do 50 fuckin' pullups, stop being a bitch" to someone who's new to working out.

hahahah, it wouldn't even be possible to someone new - the muscles would give out

I should start doing pushups again, I was almost up to 100 (in one set) last year. but I pretty much stopped

I absolutely am down. Master your bodyweight and then progress and progress until you are a sinewy animal.

Doesn't a squat require a weight of some kind? Sorry, I'm retarded about exercising, but I'm interested in this routine.
