First season is much much slower than the rest of the series, so I can see some people being put off by it. But it kicks it into high gear in season 2 and never looks back

Also first season is a bit too much of a comedy. Like it has hilarious moments throughout but sometimes season 1 feels a little too obsessed with the WACKY PARTNERSHIP, I dunno maybe it's just me

I'd have to agree with what Breed said, the show really picks up after Season 1, but I can understand some people giving up if that's all they've seen.

Season 3 was the most improvised. With 2 everything was meticulously planned out from the start but with 3 they tended to not know what would happen next and would put Walt in situations without knowing how he'd get out of em etc.
