Hmmm... it was alright. I'm happy that something is being released that is not Samurai Clinton quality, but this didn't really do anything for me. The writing was a bit cheesy (question and quell quadrillion :P) and it didn't seem to go anywhere other than showing a guy who's bored.

The preview for your next movie looks awesome though. I really look forward to that.

Also when I went to start it, it said there was a problem installing the Shootfast Jeep. I just cleared my expansion folder and then it was able to install, but just to make you aware, in case you've used it sparingly enough to replace it with one that has a unique name or unique id or whatever the problem is.

I liked it. It sort of has an abstract kind of beauty to it. Good voice acting too!

Thanks for the comments so far guys. This movie took 3-4 days to make, not including the trailer. So yeah, considering that I'm quite happy with how it turned out.

Maybe consider watching it again compcat, there is a more meaningful underlying message than that if you listen to the dialogue carefully.

Thanks for watching though, and keep the crits coming!

Haha, thanks it's supposed to be a little monotone. It's funny no one seems to have picked up on the meaning behind this movie (and the reason for the bleak VO). Maybe I didn't make it obvious enough.

I thought the genre was a bit of a giveaway

It's about 3dmm? The "different knoll" is a different artform/community?

Compcat - that's a really interesting interpretation which could actually fit, but no, it's something less metaphoric.

Old Rivers - Hahahahaha ... no....

That's very true. I think the viewer should be able to take what ever they want from a film like this, without there having to be one definitive meaning. I'm really just interested in hearing any interpretation people have of this.

yeah I basically have to agree completely with Compcat. it's definitely awesome to see any sort of "serious" movie these days, but I had trouble extracting any sort of "deeper meaning" out of this, and it doesn't really stand on its own without it. my guess would be that he's dead or in hell or something, but that doesn't really add much to the experience if it's what you were going for. on the upside, it's about as visually interesting as you could hope for for something that takes place in the desert with a non-moving character, and I agree that your voice acting was good, though there was some irritating background noise.

keep it up, and I hope your WWI project comes to fruition!
