Meet The Strangers - A 3DMM Collaboration (HYPE)

Some of you might know about this via facebook, but since the last album fest, Tom Breed and myself have been working on an album. It's about 90% done, artwork is a work in progress (including below) and we are stoked about it! Should be done in a month or two. This album is a self-titled called Meet The Strangers.

It combines the songwriting of myself from Zach & The Machines (bandcamp) and Tom Breed of Drivemouth fame (bandcamp). Doing artwork is the great Aaron Haynes (website).

I am really excited for this! "Soundtrack" is probably my favourite thing to come from the 3dmm community artistically. Keen to hear what each person brings to the album/how noticeable the different aspects are.

"People" is really really great, wow. Vocals remind me of Avey Tare. Fantastic art as well.

Bown: I know, I know. I added in HYPE at the last second too. But it's so close to being done. :3

Jack Bz: Thanks, that means a lot! Quite a few tracks on this album were actually going to be on Soundtrack 2 before we changed them to fit this album's concept. Aaron's art is definitely AMAZING, he's been as analytical and thoughtful about this as we have. And I love most of Avey Tare's stuff with AC or solo, so no coincidence there!

Scat, Bjorny, Dave: Thanks guys!

Dan: AH, the first one to notice that, haha. That is a question for the Breed. What he told me is that it's an inside joke with a friend.
