Ren and Stimpy dance on a psychedelic stage
Samurai Clinton's Avatar
Plot Summary:
Simpy just a short subject of a background with QB64 programming extensively altered for more psychedelia with greenscreened characters.

I also use QB64 to do hobbyist programming. I also use QB64 to experiment with computerized psychedelia. Boy are Ren and Stimpy such great characters, that this is why they should come back to Nickelodeon since 90s nostalgia will take off.

Requirements

Frankie's 3dmm Expansion Pack 1

I have no idea why anyone would want to watch or even enjoy this, Clinton. Please enlighten me.

This looks like you spent a lot of time on it.

I don't think it's the soundtrack that needs adjusting.

This is just a short showcase of QB64 programming.

I like to juxtapost different methods of CGI processing. 3DMM rendering just happens to play a partial role.

Most of you guys don't greenscreen 3DMM animations to post AVIs or other formats, I like greenscreening because it can pull off anything as simple as a comedian in front of a photograph, to something as cool as an actor in a psychadelic field, to something as complex as 3D superimposition on a 2D viewing plane.

Here's the problem Clinton. You only make shitty little "showcases" of what something can do, then never follow it up with something worthwhile to show us how it's at all relevant or interesting. These showcases don't mean anything if you don't intend to show us how anyone but YOU might use them.

I just had another vision:

I might animate a music video to Deee-Lite's "Groove Is In The Heart", and use snippets of this in it, and also incorporate other 3dmm footage into it like with the other music videos I made.

Does the background look like this in the 3mm file, or was it modified outside of 3dmm?

When I use QB64 to generate psychadelic imagery, I don't have to spend hours typing the code to pull off cool effects!

No, we get that. The issue is you're inability to follow through on any of these ideas your pitching with anything worthwhile. It's all these poorly made "examples" that you want to use as a proof of concept, but choose to never do anything with.

That's generalising haha. However, Clinton has the ability to be moremactive, he's made much bigger and more detailed stuff than this before, several times.
