I'm joining the Army.

Thursday I'm going to the MEPS building and signing all my papers to enlist in the US Army. I'm going infantry, and training in sniper school to kill come camelfuckers. I plan on shipping out in late August, and this is the most excited about anything that I've ever been in my entire life.

Nearly everyone I've spoken to about this, especially family, says "This isn't a good time" or some shit like that. That pisses me off so God damn much. This is the most appropriate time we've had to join the military since fucking World War II, and I'm not joining for the benefits. I believe that if you're not willing to give your life, or at least two years of it, to a country that allows you more freedoms and liberties than anywhere else in the world and protects those same luxuries, then you have no right to be there. If you think you're above it somehow, or if you're not willing to protect you're freedom, you don't deserve it, and you should get the fuck out and stop polluting my view.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know, seeing as how most of you are filthy liberals that hate freedom and anything that symbolizes any sort of purity or good.

In theory, that sounds great. But when you look at most "small first world countries", they're falling apart right now, and becomming more and more socialist. Shitty healthcare, more economic regulations, and backwards ACLU-esque moral sanctions. Plus, this isn't about Amerikkka Vs. The World, this is about doing your part to support and defend a home that you love.

I respect your desire to live without corruption and all tha garbage, but in society, it's unavoidable. With any sort of freedom, will come corruption. The human race is a digisting thing.
