I do this all the time and only rarely don't get thanked. You're doing something nice for someone, Bernatrick, of course you deserve a simple "thanks". I can't stand when traffic is nuts, like if you're leaving a packed theater, and you let someone in who's been sitting there forever and they can't be bothered to give you a simple wave of thanks. Simple gratitude like that is something I don't believe is unrealistic to expect from people.

I dunno wtf youre talking about with theaters and letting people in. You hold a door for people who holding a door is difficult. Seniors, people with kids and retards. I dunno, when some random like opens a door and stands there for me to walk past and in it's weird. I can open a fucking door by myself thanks. If they're directly ahead of you and the door could close in your face then yeah, hold that shit, common curtosy.

First off, WOW are you an asshole. Second, I'm referring to when you're in a high traffic area and you let someone pull their car ahead of you to let them get out a little quicker when you really don't have to.

Yeah! I've ridden on the pavement at night sometimes to avoid cars if I don't have my lights and there's no one walking on it but never in daylight. But yeah, cyclists riding through lights really pisses me off when I'm crossing at them.
I had a couple run straight through a red side by side as i started crossing, I had to fucking jump forward to avoid the man and almost got knocked down by his wife. I don't see why they think it's one rule for them and one for cars.

this technically should make anyone really mad so it doesn't really count, but when dipshit drivers are attempting to turn onto a main road and instead of looking both ways to see if any pedestrians might by walking along the sidewalk, they simply look towards the oncoming traffic looking for a spot to pull out. Two summers ago a woman ran right into me while I was walking along with a crosswalk arrow and everything, now when I notice drivers doing this I walk up to their window yell at them.
