ban Bill Nickson, pt. 2

I noticed that since making my last thread, the following two things have happened:

1) Bill Nickson has not been banned
2) His posts have become worse and worse; he's doing the Bown thing where he's flaming other little-liked members trying to gain our respect

Please ban this awful member, at least temporarily. All he does is shit up threads.
