yeah Steam Trading is awesome. if you got a Russian friend you can get crazy prices sometimes. i get ALL of my games through trading with people from all different countries (i trade TF2 items for games), and i haven't had any problems

What restrictions are there on trading Steam Gifts?

Trading a Steam Gift is very similar to sending a gift to someone; just that once it is traded that user can then either trade it again, or open it for themselves. There are no restrictions on territory.

i'd try it, but i'm automatically turned off from playing anything in the Star Wars universe. it just doesn't interest me, i prefer to leave that universe with the original 3 movies, everything else i don't want

i'm actually playing a free mmo at the moment (despite all the christmas games i picked up), i have a HIGH tolerance for mmo grinds and shit, but certain things just entirely turn me off... like Star Wars, and a monthly subscription

can't wait for guild wars 2

it's pretty annoying when websites have 'Top 100' lists for movies and stuff and each entry is on a separate fuckin' page.

i think star wars the old republic is wicked, been playing since early access. the level design alone is astounding, some of the vistas in the game are just ridiculously huge and busy, especially on the city worlds. i was literally blown away, its some of the best i've ever seen.

it's still an MMO and hasn't done anything to radically change the genre, but theres a lot of cool shit you can do. and your main storyline is completely solo-able, group stuff is totally optional so it's like a single-player game in an MMO world. oh, and group conversation cutscenes are the shit.

the original knights of the old republic was the best though. 2 not so much.
